Hakone is a resort area easily accessible from Tokyo. It has many hot springs and 25,000 tons of hot spring water flow everyday out of the 17 sources in Hakone Zenzan.
Owakudani, famous for its black eggs, and the Ashinoko Lake, from which visitors can enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji, are representative spots of the area. There are also art museums and other spots where visitors can enjoy nature.
