Risshaku-ji Temple

A Tendai sect temple located in Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture. As the ”temple of cutting away bad omens”, it is an important center of faith from days past. The 300-meter-tall ”slide” that was built in 1950 as a mean of transportation remains to this day (However sliding is not allowed).
