An upstream valley in Hokuto City, Yamanashi, where the Hakushu and Oshiro rivers flow. There are a lot of deep waters and waterfalls and the scenery of the Kamihebi waterfalls creating a pot shape and flowing with 3 layers is especially gorgeous. The promenade along the valley has been developed for visitors to enjoy a nice and relaxing walk.
