The Narusawa Ice Cave is situated at the eastern entrance to the Aokigahara Jukai (the sea of trees), and it is one of the tourist attractions in Fuji Goko (five lakes) area which attracts tourists throughout the year. This cave with its double tunnel structure was formed by the molten lava flow (Aokigahara Marubi) that ran between old parasitic volcanoes when Mt. Nagao, a lateral volcano of Mt.
