Anmon Falls is actually three distinct waterfalls, the appropriately-named First, Second, and Third Falls. They are located in Shirakami Sanchi, Japan's first World Heritage Site. The entire area has a mystical atmosphere, as it is nearly overgrown with a thick forest of old-growth beech and pine trees. You can enjoy the verdant nature and magnificent waterfalls along the hiking trail.
