Yasui Keikoku (“Yasui Valley”)
©AFLO, Hideki Nawate
The Yasui Valley stretches 10 kilometers long, and by walking its trails you can enjoy the waterfalls that dot the area. When the leaves turn in fall, the surrounding primeval forest is dyed in a richness of colors. Contrasted with the blue of the river, the view is brilliance itself.
Oya, Niyodogawa-cho, Agawa, Kochi
As the only broad and flat riverside area in the valley, Otome Kawara is a good place for the traveler to relax.
