Botchan Train is a restored steam locomotion train with 67 years of history. It goes around Matsuyama city and displays the city's beautiful scenery to tourists. It was named after Natsume Soseki's novel ”Botchan”, because the novel's main character rides the train in the story.

As Dogo-onsen station is the terminal of Iyo Railway Jonan line, you can see the U-turn of the locomotive of the Bocchan Train.
The train stops at Dogo Onsen Station, Ookaido Station, Matsuyama City Station and Furumachi of the Iyo Railway as well as Matsuyama Station of JR line.
