"Nunobiki Kaze no Kogen (Highlands)" is a fantastic place in Koriyama. At an altitude of about 1,000 meters, it is famous for producing Nunobiki Kogen Daikon (Japanese radish) and offers a spectacular view of Mt. Bandai and Lake Inawashiro. There are also several spots such as the "Bandai Atami Onsen (Hot Spring)," known as a "hot spring for making beautiful women" associated with the legendary maiden Princess Hagihime, the "Takashiba Deko Yashiki," where you can experience painting artworks, and the "Kaiseikan," an important cultural property designated by Fukushima Prefecture.
