Mifuneyama Rakuen is a place not to be missed in this area. It is the former villa of Shigeyoshi Nabeshima, the lord of Takeo, located at the foot of Mt. Mifune, 210 meters above sea level. Ureshino Onsen, one of the three best hot springs in Japan for beautiful skin, is one of Saga's most popular tourist spots and is mentioned in the Hizen Fudoki (Chronicles of Hizen) written around the Heian period (794 to 1185).
