Yaizu, Omaezaki

Omaezaki Beach is a popular spot in Omaezaki lighthouse town. It is a nice resort to enjoy fishing, rocky shore play, and swimming. The road continues along the sea to the lighthouse, making it a perfect drive-route where you can relax and feel the sea breeze.
There are also tourist spots full of historical romance, such as the "Koyama Castle Ruins" where Takeda Shingen's vassal, Nagahide Okuma lived, and the 21.5 m-long front-rear burial mound called "Atagozuka Kofun" which represents the Taniguchihara burial mounds.
