Ehime
道後温泉本館
Dogo Onsen of Matsuyama City is Japan’s oldest hot spring with over three thousand years of history. Further to the north is the Shimanami Kaido (Island Chain Sea Road), which stretches across the Seto Inland Sea and joins together the islands. The famous regional dishes here are not to be missed, either. We recommend fresh sea bream on rice and hot pot udon noodles.
