The Kannon Boddhisattva is enshrined here as depicted by Gyoki-saki. The pond gardens at the back of the main hall was made by a zen monk inspired by an ink painter active in the Muromachi era (1333-1573). Visitors in early May can enjoy the combination of beautiful wisteria hanging down to the carp swimming in the pond below.
