Hozuki Market, Asakusa
A classic summer festival held at Sensoji Temple (said to be the oldest Temple in Tokyo) every year for 2 days from July 9th – 10th. Coming here to pray on July 10 is said to attract the same amount of good fortune as if you had have come to worship here for 46,000 consecutive days. Approx. 100 ground cherry stalls are also open in the precincts.
