An observatory located at the tip of Lake Toya. It is famous as one of Hokkaido’s leading photography spots, as well as for the wonderful view of Mt. Usu, Nakajima, etc. A heliport is located on-site, thus meaning that sky cruising is also possible during certain seasons.
