Mugenkyo no Watashi
- 霧幻峡の渡し
- Fukushima
This foggy valley has become well-known nationwide ever since being shown on the NHK drama, “Asaichi” in 2017. Why not board the “Mugenkyo no Watashi” (Mugenkyo Ferry) to fully enjoy being mysteriously wrapped in white fog? June and September are particularly recommended due to the high frequency of river fog occurring in the early morning and evening. Walking around the area with a guide is also highly enjoyable – experience and see for yourself the 300-year old Japanese houses and shrines inside the villages abandoned 50-years ago.
