Nomozaki Suisen no Sato Park
A park located in the Nomozaki area at the southern tip of Nagasaki Peninsula, visitors can witness a beautiful view of the sea and the impressive sight of the Gunkan (Battleship) island. There are about 10 million narcissus flowers in bloom from the end of December to mid-January, and when the blooming is at its peak, the "Nomozaki Narcissus Festival" is held. It is the only place in Nagasaki prefecture that has been designated as one of the "100 Kaori (Fragrance) Landscapes" by the Ministry of the Environment, not only because of its beautiful flowers, but also for the refreshing fragrance that can be enjoyed along with the sea breeze.
