Oikeyuen Amusement Park
Oikeyuen Amusement Park is a park with a Oike pond and surrounding nature in Kishigawa Town, Kinokawa City. There are many trees around the pond. In early spring, about 800 cherry trees bloom beautifully. One of the park attractions is that you can enjoy viewing the cherry blossoms while strolling around the area or use a rental boat to view the cherry blossoms from the pond during the season. The Oikeyuen Station is located nearby. It is famous as a shooting spot for the Wakayama Electric Railway's "Tama Train," "Strawberry Train," and "Toy Train." Many photographers gathered at the photo location to see the train crossing the pond and the cherry blossoms. The park is also famous for its beautiful autumn foliage. It makes it a spectacular place to experience the four seasons of Japan.
