Registered in the Ramsar Convention, Lake Hyoko is a lake visited by swans. Enjoy the elegant view of them flying during the early morning and returning at dusk. There are around 6,000 swans that return to this place every year.

Swans arrive in early October every year to spend a winter and depart to the north in end March. It is said to be at its peak during late November and you can see as many as 5,000 swans. The cherry blossoms blooming season that follows after the swans leave is also beautiful.
