The Tamagusukujo Castle Ruins, built 180 meters above sea level, is said to be the oldest castle ruins in the Ryukyu Kingdom. Inside the castle, there is "Amatsugi Utaki", one of the seven Utaki (ritual sites) created by Amamikiyo, the goddess of creation in Ryukyu mythology.
