At the Nasu Observation Deck, which is located at an altitude of 1,048m, you can overlook Mt.Tsukuba and the Kanto Plain, and in the background, you can see a magnificent view of the Nasu Mountain Range. At night, the scenery changes completely so you can observe the gloom view of Nasu Yumoto Onsen and Nasushiobara city. It is a popular weekend destination for many couples here. Nasu Observation Deck was registered as the 100th lovers' sanctuary in Japan and is a famous place to propose.

2) From the West Exit of JR Kuroiso Station, take the Toya Kotsu Bus bound for “Nasu Ropeway” and get off at “Lover's Sanctuary” (Koibito No Seichi).
