Planned, designed and constructed as a city park, it is Japan's first modern western-style park. The parks emblematic funtain sprays water up to a height of 21 m. Brightly colored seasonal flowers bloom throughout the year, and due to its proximity to the business district, it is a popular place to relax after a long day's work.

    The 400 year old "Kubikakeicho gingko tree" is known as a power spot in Hibiya park. There will be a lot of colors starting from late September and you can also see a lot of gingko trees.
