Fuji Shibazakura festival
The shape of the shibazakura (moss phlox) flower is similar to that of cherry blossoms and it grows to cover the ground like a lawn. The sight of the shibazakura blooming in front of Mt. Fuji is very impressive and can be seen from mid-April to around the end of May.
