The Yokohama Chinatown gates were built in the paifang style, which according to ancient tradtion are made to protect against evil entering into the castle. It has 620 shops for visitors to taste delicious food and look at goods and souvenirs. Events are held throughout the year, allowing visitors to experience Chinese culture during their stay in Japan.
