Kyu Furukawa Gardens
The western-style house and beautiful roses from the gardens together create an atmosphere found in English-style gardens. The site was refurbished into its current state when a mansion for Baron Toranosuke Furukawa was built in 1917. There, visitors can enjoy the roses in full bloom twice a year: in the spring and in the autumn. Rose festivals are held during these times, and visitors can also enjoy concerts and illuminations, besides the roses.
