This is a famous place for viewing autumn leaves, with the trees illuminated for the entire month of November. The scenery is amazing, with approximately 4,000 maple trees near Kojakuji Temple and the Tomoe river. The layers of red, orange, and yellow colored leaves reflect beautifully on the crystal clear water.

Beside the season of autumn leaves, dogtooth violet flowers are beautiful in late March to early April. You can enjoy playing in the river in summer and watching scenery of snow piling up gradually in winter.
