Gyokusendo Cave
- 玉泉洞
- Nanjou
This huge limestone cave is often called the "largest in the East." There is said to be over one million stalactites, which still continue to grow. This work of natural art has been created over a period of about 300,000 years. Particularly interesting are "ao-no-izumi" (blue fountains) and the rows upon rows of stalactites.
