Eikando Zenrinji Temple

Eikando has been famous for its fall foliage since ancient times, and from mid- to late-November the temple is surrounded by fiery red trees. At night, the temple and the trees are lit up, which lends the temple an otherworldly air.

The evening illumination usually starts at 17:30 and ends at 20:30, between early November and early December.
