The 800 meters stone-paved walkway is lined with several traditional wooden buildings with a variety of gabled roofs. These buildings house souvenir shops, Ise Udon restaurants, local cuisine restaurants serving tekone sushi, Japanese sweet shop, and ryokans among others.
