Kanazawa Shinise Memorial Hall
This memorial hall was formerly the "Nakaya Pharmacy," a traditional medicine store built in 1579. It was opened as a historical museum to enable the current generation to feel the atmosphere of Japan's feudal period. Aside from the long-established medicine store, there are tea rooms, gardens, and a space for books. Visitors can also learn about how business was like in those times. There is also an exhibition held regularly which showcases the tools used by villagers in the feudal era; visitors will learn how the life of the people of Kanazawa was in those days.
