21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa
The museum's exhibits center on contemporary art hailing from both Japan and abroad. The museum building, designed by world renowned architects Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa (SANAA), is unique in that it is circular, with no distinction between front and back; this allows visitors to enter from multiple directions. Inside the hall, there is an exhibition zone and an exchange zone.
