Mt Mitoku Sanbutsuji Temple
This temple is nestled on Mt Mitoku, which is around 900 meters high and practically in the center of Tottori. In the rocky paths and steep slope where the temple lies, some notable structures are the "Jizo Hall" with Jizo figures, the "Nokyo Hall," and the famous "Nageirido Hall." The climbing path to the temple is steep, most especially along Nageirido Hall, which has been dubbed by worshippers and tourists alike as "Japan's most dangerous national treasure viewing spot."
