Kairakuen Garden

There are 3000 plum trees that bloom in this famous garden. The "Night Plum Festival" where candles light up the plum trees is well-known all over Japan. The azaleas that bloom in early summer, and the Japanese clovers in autumn are also popular. It is one of the parks in Japan that strikes the best balance of light and darkness (yin and yang).
