At 1,415 meters high, Mount Chausu is the highest in Aichi prefecture. It is a place where many leisure activities and sports can be enjoyed all-year-round. Six kinds of flowers bloom at the top of the mountain, splashing the land with various colors. In the "Shibazakura Hill," the "Shibazakura Festival” is held every year, and many people gather for cherry-blossom viewing. Skiing can be enjoyed in the winter, and in the summer, swimming and riding canoes are popular. Autumn leaves are also beautiful here.
