Arita Porcelain Park
This large-scale theme park was modeled after a traditional German village, with the highlight being the "Zwinger," a structure based on an actual castle that exists in Dresden, Germany. In the right wing of the Zwinger palace, there are exhibitions of Arita-yaki (Japanese porcelain), featuring a large 182 cm vase that was displayed in the Vienna Expo in the 1870s. The left wing is a rental salon which can be used for weddings and other such occasions. Aside from this, there is also the "Arita-yaki Workshop," where visitors can hand-paint, mold and make their own porcelain.
