The official name is Tofutsu Cape, it is a table-shaped point that sticks out over the Pacific Ocean at an elevation of 40-60 meters. It’s a popular spot for meditation, with a lighthouse observation deck and campground nearby. Coming to see drift ice during the winter is especially recommended. Lookout at the magnificent view of the uninhabited islands of Biwase Bay from the observation deck.
