Ogikubo Park (Michi-no-eki "Akagi-no-Megumi")
“Akagi-no-Megumi”, was established as a michi-no-eki (expressway rest area) in 2010. Approx. 16,000 types of hydrangea can be seen in this garden during the peak season, with the majority of visitors coming during the “Hydrangea Festival”. “Ajisai”, a local agricultural store is also available inside the facility, as is the hot spring, “Ainoyama Hot Spring”. Both of these are frequently used by both locals and tourists alike. Ainoyama Hot Spring also boasts facilities such as a large hall, private rooms, and a sauna, among others.
