The name of this designated national treasure, “Hetsuri”, means a “sheer, dangerous cliff” in local dialect. An absolutely picturesque scene can be enjoyed by all during the fall. An information center is located nearby, which not only operates guided tours, but also maintains the upkeep of the parking lot and Hetsuri Garden. Free mushroom juice, ramen (Chinese noodles in soup), pickles and confectionery is available inside Hetsuri Garden.
