Akebono Children's Forest Park
This park was designed around the theme of a Scandinavian fairy tale. Visitors will find the park encompassed by natural forests, small ponds, streams and waterfalls – all of which will no doubt ignite the spirit of adventure for children! There are also an abundance of uniquely designed buildings in the park to further stimulate the imagination, such as the “Children’s Theater” with its slate roof covered in scales, the “Forest House” located within Nishikawa Village with its wavy log walls made from Japanese cypress trees, and the “Mushroom-shaped House” which feels like it is inhabited by a fairy. Both children and adults alike can enjoy the unique atmosphere of Akebono Children's Forest Park.
