This highlands, located on Mt. Yamato-Katsuragi has an altitude of 959 meters. Visitors in the spring can enjoy “A million trees in a single glance”, with the abundance of azalea, while those who visit in summer will no doubt enjoy the lush greenery. Autumnal Japanese pampas grass changes its color during autumn, while in winter the eyes can feast on the beautiful snowscape.
