Ini Rice Terraces
This terraced rice paddy was voted as one of the “Top 100 Terraced Rice Paddies of Japan”. It is often called "Ini Pichu" because it looks like a mystical place in the mists like “Machu Picchu” in the Inca Empire. Various events are held throughout the year, such as an event to reproduce the rice paddies of the past. These events have been gaining a lot of attention for its display of traditional farming methods.
