Sensui Island is said to be "so beautiful that it can even make a wizard drunk". The one and only "Goshikiiwa Rock" (5-colored rock) of Japan is located here, with the surrounding area, "Hare-no-chi", believed to be the place where heaven and earth meets. Magma made the earth rise and protrude out from the ground in ancient times. Sensui Island was actually the first place to be designated as a National Park in Japan.
